Thank You For Your
Interest In Lifelines
Our vision has always been “to have meaningful positive impact on the well-being of our clients, our people, and society” Our vision has always been “to have meaningful positive impact on the well-being of our clients, our people, and society”.
Why Give A Major Gift?
By choosing to give a major gift, you’ll play a bigger part in shaping a world which works better for everyone.
At Practical Action we do things differently so answers that start small can grow big – bringing people together in bold collaborations, combining knowledge with innovation to change the systems that keep people poor and vulnerable.
Your significant donation will mean we can plan further ahead and act quicker and more effectively to help people in poverty to change their world. It also gives you the chance to be more involved with Practical Action.

Support A Specific Area Of Our Work
We work with communities in Africa, Asia and Latin America to develop lasting and locally owned solutions for agriculture, water and waste management, climate resilience and clean energy. If you prefer, we can direct your donation to go to a particular country or area of our work to suit your interests.
We also have opportunities to support certain projects so that you can join forces with Practical Action and our partners to make change happen
Join Our Chair’s Circle
Our Chair’s Circle is made up of generous supporters whose annual unrestricted gifts make a substantial contribution to our current programmes and future sustainability. The group is led by our Chair of Trustees, Dr Yvonne Pinto.
Chair’s Circle members enjoy a special relationship with us, which includes access to senior leadership and country staff through our Chair’s Circle events programme.
How To Give
Whether you prefer to give cash, shares or through a company matched giving scheme, we will make sure your gift goes further.
